Return & Refund Policy

Zarty Return Policy

Zarty offers a 30-day return policy for goods sold. Returns are only possible for:

  • Defected products
  • Wrong order
  • Exchange for different size

If you encounter any of the instances above with your order, we are more than happy to replace your product! However, if the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will replace it with store credits that allows you to purchase anything else on our store. If you do not wish to exchange your order, you may opt for a refund and our team will fulfill it within 5 working days.

 

What can't be returned once opened?

Our return policy does not allow product exchange/return for due to a change of mind on the grounds of health and safety hazards. Products not eligible for exchange/return includes:

  • Beauty & Cosmetics
  • Scarves

 

Returned Products Conditions

The returned goods/products will be checked together with the receipt and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in its original condition as how you received it. Refund request shall not be entertained if the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer. Zarty will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Customers will receive their refund within 7 days after we have checked and confirm the goods.
